1. Processing times

2. Shipping rates and estimates

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the end of the purchase.

3. International shipments

We Do not offer international shipments.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is sent, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please wait [48 hours] for tracking information to be available in the carrier system.

5. Delivery Directions and P.O. Boxes

Make sure the address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect addresses.

6. Problems with shipping (damage or loss)

Damaged items: If you receive a damaged order, please keep the packaging and item, and contact us immediately at pontellesta@gmail.com with photos of the status of the package.

Order not received: If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number so that we can investigate the case.
