In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or nature of the product:

Products in offer or liquidation (if specified as "final sale").

3. Reimbursement process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will inform you about the status of your refund immediately after inspecting the item.

If the refund is approved: We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

4. Shipping and Costs
